[WEC-Env] ASAP? Respond re: two times for an important WEC Envt meeting

Hi, all,

As you know, there's a West Eugene Collaboration meeting Tuesday, Nov. 20, 
1-4 p.m.

In preparation for that meeting, the Coordinating Committee is hoping that 
both the (1) Environment Committee and (2) Land Use and Transportation 
Committee will propose a draft set of "Guiding Principles for Reviewing 
Transportation Alternatives" --- in other words, what are the most 
important criteria by which to review options that have been put forward 
for a transportation issue.  Our draft set plus the Land Use and 
Transportation Committee's draft set will be the starting point for that 
agenda item at the larger Nov. 20 WEC meeting.

SO....

Please let me know which of the following two times are POSSIBLE/IMPOSSIBLE 
for you. (We would meet at Sheltercare, 1790 W. 11th...)

4:30 p.m.  MONDAY NOV 12
2 p.m.  TUESDAY NOV 13

Kevin Matthews is going to send us all a list of principles that had been 
drawn up by the "Roundtable" for starters.

I'll get back to you with which date/time it is...

So --- please let me know ASAP. I know this is a last-minute request; the 
Coordinating Committee just met...
