[WEC-Env] Our Next Env. Task Force Mtg: Oct 8 9 a.m.

Susan, et al, I can't make the Oct 8 meeting. I'm teaching at UO. If 
you need me at a planned WEC Env. Task Force meeting, I'd be glad to 
attend, but not on Mon. or Wed. ams until mid-December. Steve
