Folks,
At our meeting on Monday (9/17) we had a discussion about BRT (Bus Rapid
Transit), and I wanted to share a reference that I've found readable,
authoritative, and comprehensive.  This is a two-volume report titled
"TCRP Report 90, Bus Rapid Transit." It was produced by the
Transportation Research Board of the National Academies in 2003, and
included case studies of twelve BRT systems in US cities, among a total
of 26 BRT systems studied world wide.  Eugene's EmX system was included
among the US BRT systems studied.
