[WEC-Map] Reminder: Meeting today - Thursday, Nov. 1 at Red House, 4-6pm

Dear Friends,

Just a quick reminder that as per our consensus plans we'll be meeting today from 4pm to 6pm at the Red House to try to finish the first draft of the RLID layers recipe for the WEC baseline overview maps.

More of us than usual had conflicts for today's meeting.  We'll be pressing ahead with the technical project, expecting that others can catch up as needed a little further along.
