[WEC-Map] Today, Thursday - resolving conflict with Coord Com meeting...

Dear Friends and Compatriots,

Setting aside, in all good humor, the tasty ironic morsel of a _meeting_conflict_ being created by our so-called _Coordinating_Committee_ ...

The simple fact is that said committee (Coordinating) is scheduled to meet today from 2:30pm to 3:30pm, stepping somewhat on the Mapping Committee meeting scheduled (rather earlier) for today from 3pm to 5pm.

To minimize the impact of this time overlap - taking into consideration the large overlap in persons - the following arrangments and suggestions are now in place:

1)  For persons who would meet with BOTH the Mapping and Coordinating Committees...

You're invited to join us around a speakerphone in the Red House conference room at 2:30pm today for Coordinating Committee live meeting participation.  Rob Zako and Pat Johnston are already committed to this approach, and the more Coordinators in one place, the merrier, me thinks.  

At the end of the Coordinating Committee meeting, we'll just do a quick brain reset and then pick up the mapping Committee work right there at the same location (without the extra loss of travel time between).

2)  For persons who would meet with JUST the Mapping Committee...

I'd suggest you plan to ***arrive at the Red House around 3:30pm***, instead of our originally scheduled 3pm.

That 3:30pm time is when the various overlap members will be able to change gears, at which point the group assembled will shift from coordinating in the abstract to coordinating of maps.
