Dear WEC Mapping Committee members,

Please let me know if you can't make it to a WEC Mapping Committee
meeting this Thursday, 11 October, 2007, from 3pm to 5pm?  

Previously we met and scheduled on Thursday at 4pm.  This week, however,
some of us will need to leave earlier to attend the Long Tom Watershed
Council annual meeting.

Alternatively, we could meet at 4pm for just an hour.

Please let me know if you wouldn't be able to make this meeting.
