This is an image for a renovated basement employee breakroom in a historical building in Denver. The area behind the glass is for smokers. The space was an industrical refuse area and the owner was having difficulty imagining it as a usable space. This modeling helped open them to go ahead and choose to use the space for that purpose.

The model was in created DesignWorkshop Pro and the rendering was Radiance off-line on my Power Macintosh at home. Now that Radiance is on-line, I may try and render it again and see if it improves the outcome.
