Larry, was this rendered in DW? It doesn't somehow "look like" DW for some reason. If it wasn't DW what is it (I know you use Artlantis too) and if it was, what tools or filters / methods do you use in Photoshop?
Nice use of colors and nice building btw...good proprtion and use of materials!
