Sorry to say but that looks like something from the 1950s or 1960s when the car was the way of the future.
Nowadays you would like to hide the ugly roads in tunnels as much as possible and have the house/station over the road instead of digged down under the road.

But the design otherwise is nice.
More trees... Green is nice.
