According to Circa 50 the height is 33", the width is 19 3/4", the depth is 22 3/4" and the seat height is 16 1/2".
You can buy a miniature version of the Panton Chair for less than $20 on eBay at auctions like this or this.
You can also buy a full-size one on eBay for less than $170 at auctions like this.
