I modeled it in DW and a coworker hand watercolor painted it. We've done bettter but the client really liked. It is going to lead to more work down in Florida. I love painting Florida landscapes.
On coomercial projects we usually make the pavement look like it just rained. You see this in movies to give the scene more interest.
