I am replacing the wiring in an 75 year old dining room with 9 ft. ceilings and 5 1/2 inch mouldings. I would like to modernize the lighting in an inobtrusive way. The room is a high traffic area which makes a formal dining room out of the question. The room has 2 large windows, is currently gutted, and will be painted a cranberry color when completed.
