Modeled in DesignWorkshop Pro and rendered with Artlantis. There are only three textures in this file. The grass, asphalt, and Mirror glass. We have been using this model in a flyby movie to assist the Denver Health Hospital Authority in their fund raising efforts.
One trick I learned with Artlantis is that to get a qulaity movie it is a good idea to split the movie into parts and render different segments on different computers at the same time. This way you can cut down the rendering time of a 1-minute movie from 40 hours to about 18 hours. Also use at least 20 frames per second and keep the movie to 1-minute or less.
