This is a walkway designed for NJ's historic Sandy Hook. It's purpose is a means of transportation for a currently fictional research center (the next step in the project) that is located a short distance off shore. The walkway is intended to allow for a new perspective on the coastal environment--a short distance above the water snaking off shore.
