This is my first official completed model. It completes our preliminary study of the exterior of this home. We will be updating the model as we refine the details and begin to develope the interiors. There is no lighting, only sun conveniently oriented for the views.
This house is 6,500 SF livable area. It has two Water views. Intracoastal Waterway at the rear and an inlet on the right side with a deep water dock.
