Quite a wax job on that floor. Lightscape images always seem the most realistic to me. Did you model your own furniture. Where did those plants come from? All very nice.
How is the outside picture incorporated? Is it placed on a plane in the model? I saw a demo once in which the photos of the surrounding were "stitched" side by side on the inside of a cylinder shape so that there were views out all windows.
