I hate to be the only one commenting here as it makes me look some sort of "critic" (which believe me, I am NOT!) but I do appreciate a well "constructed" model!

Jesse, you have shown so much detail....the model and design look great! From the cofered ceilings to the diamond accents and jopints in the floor and wall systems! Verrrry nice!

One thing that strikes me in some of these models is the ammount of light coming into them....both here and in Paul's below....
I don't think I have ever seen so much light in one of my models. I do generally have fewer openings but I don't seem to get the "glow" that these models exhibit!

Lastly, there is a way to eliminate the rendering effects on the walls and ceiling if that is important to you....Kevin might want to confirm but I believe you can virtually eliminate them by turning "detail" to high when you render them in Radiance (Radiance Online). I believe this is correct Artifice can confirm. It will take longer to render however and will be more expensive I believe on the high resolution options.....
