Modeling, DesignWorkshop Professional.   Rendering, Radiance at RenderCity.  

Here is my first project back in the DW world...

Our addition is sandwitched between two '60's era dormitories (i.e. prison level accomodations). Budget is razor thin, ~1.5 million, but we're trying to have some fun...
