Pretty wild design, I like it! How many levels of usable space could be used within this structure? Also would this whole thing be submerged and also would it be built out of the water, then submerged? Also would what would the skin of the structure be made of?? My imagination tells me that to really appreciate the surrounding (under water) it would have to be totally transparent. Those pillars could be used for structural as well as practical purposes (like for elevators to take you to different levels).
