1) Using the DW to Artlantis "scale tricks", I have tried AL wood shades with scale way down. See my latest tease: "PHOTO or DW" on USER GALLERY.
2) Most of my "PAK" images have a custom texture applied. (These are supplied with each PAK). The texture looks good when rendered in DW and can be applied in AL or substituted by a AL shader. ( Or for that matter, in th default color assigned to that element.)
3) Yes, the comments about wood grain in the "right" dierection in most important! I first ran across this need when
applying a 2x6 wood deck texture. It looked stupid when I turned the corner, so I had to make a "VERT" and "HOR" 2x6
texture!
