You're gonna fry a lot of CPUs with your tower sitting in a drawer like that. Not enough free air movement to keep it cool. It would be prudent to put vents in the CPU drawer, with a muffin fan mounted in there to keep the air moving. Perhaps the side of the drawer which is in the knee-well can have perforations on its surface to allow air inflow, and the fan can be mounted against the back of the desk.
