Thanks for your comments. I am always interested in talking aout this 3d stuff, especially considering I'm I spent so many years doing traditional rendering.

I think you're right about dw. You can read my previous post to get an idea about file sizes and limits. I dread the very thought of switching modeling software - I'm thinking about trying out Bryce for landscaping and seeing if and how it can work with dw and artlantis.

As far as your slideshow idea - the first sample animation I gave my customer was about 3 mins of fade ins and fade outs combined with 4 15 - 30 sec animations. Its a good idea and works well - the only problem being that I spent too much time playing around with imovie (talk about user friendly!)
