The only blessed PowerCADD Libraries Folder is INSIDE the PowerCadd Application folder.

The correct Path to WildThing should be:
PowerCADD 2000 (Application Folder) : PowerCADD Libs Folder : WildThing

You noted there are two WildThing items installed. Perform a Finder Level Get Info on both items. Keep the most recent item in the location noted above.

Move the PowerCADD Lib Folder in the System Folder : Extensions Folder onto the desktop and startup up P2K and make sure P2K and WT6 are working normally before trashing any items.
