First need to know:
1) What version of PowerCADD are you using?
2) How much RAM you have on your computer?
3) How much RAM have you assigned to to PowerCADD in the Minimum and the Preferred memory fields of Get Info.?
4) What is the disk space size of the document?
With these basic pieces of info, we might be able to get you out of your predicament.
