How true that statement is. It recalled a border-collie demonstration I saw some time back. Besides the dogs' uncanny ability to move a number of sheep around at will, something else that struck me was the way the sheep stuck together almost as if bound by physical means. It was as if they could not separate from each other to escape the "threat" posed by the dogs. Not a matter of liking to...they had to stick together.
Interesting metaphor to apply to paying customers of technology vendors.
