something likely wacked the PowerCADD 2000 Defaults file (which keeps those window positions amoung other things)
Try this:
Quit PCadd 2000, Move the PowerCADD Defaults file to the desktop, relaunch PCD2000 and see if the window returns (note a whole host of Application Level preferences will need to be reset including all the floating window locations, external loading preferences, etc. - one more reason why it's a good idea to backup that data)Path to the file , in OS X is:
Startup Disk/System 9 Folder/Preferences/PowerCADD™ 2000 Defaultshope that helps
