It would be great if Powercadd and Sketchup became more involved with each other, but look at the all the software being mentioned in this thread: SketchUp, Archicad, Art-Landis, Piranesi. They all have a common interest which Powercadd does not?

They are all written for Mac and Windows platforms. My guess is Vectorworks would be the next in-line for plug-ins, not Powercadd.
