1 - Hatch improvement as explained in the previous post
2 - Enhancement in PixMap handling: increase performance of PCADD when there is PixMaps in a drawing and hadling of different resolution (e.g. if you convert to bitmap a pict at 300 dpi resolution you obtain a 72 dpi PixMap)
