For what it's worth, I visited the new forum, tried to get in there to post a note and ended up with the forum software fighting with me over the user name and password. Twice, I typed a user name and password, and twice it rejected it. I would never write software that does this with a user, and I don't have any patience with it either. Twice rejected, and I'm out of there.

I'm hoping the barriers to entry will come down.
