Sorry, I didn't mean to discourage others, just to report what happened to me. I do appreciate that you are doing all of this in response to the suggestions I passed on to Kevin from Matt Arnold and others. You are using the right software, and thanks for doing that.

I think everyone who creates software falls into the trap of 'programmer mentality', which is to say that you are so focused on what you are trying to do, that you forget to see it from the standpoint of someone who doesn't get it. I've done it and so has everyone else, but at some point you realize that you should deal with exceptions first, not last.
