Dear QuickDraw 3D Developers,
To implement some recent suggestions on the Apple QuickDraw 3D discussion
list, a backup mailing list for the ongoing discussion and mutual support
on "quickdraw-3d@seo.apple.com" is now available at designcommunity.com.
(FYI, DesignCommunity.com is an Artifice domain providing forums for
public communication on 3D computer graphics, 3D design topics, and world
architecture.)
The email address of the new QuickDraw 3D backup list is:
qd3d@designcommunity.com
To subscribe to the new qd3d list, send an email message to
"majordomo@designcommunity.com", with the body of the message saying
exactly:
subscribe qd3d
To unsubscribe from the new list, send an email message to
"majordomo@designcommunity.com", with the body of the message saying
exactly:
unsubscribe qd3d
To send messages to the list, subscribers can simply address email
messages to "qd3d@designcommunity.com".
I think the Apple list "quickdraw-3d@seo.apple.com" should continue as
the primary QuickDraw 3D discussion forum for now, but we recommend either
archiving this message for future reference, or just subscribing to the
new list now. That way you can still be connected if the Apple list goes
away suddenly, which is the point of this backup list.
This list is announced and
available. We have also provided a QuickDraw 3D Support Petition to Apple which remains live for electronic endorsements.

who are the keepers of the designcommunity.com lists.
