Ok so for a terrain editor, I had an idea. (I think this might be the
way OreoTerrain works but I'm not sure cause I've never really used
it.) Basically, if you imagine a large plane made up of little boxes,
an individual box or a group of boxes could be pushed or pulled either
up or down which would cause the surrounding boxes to slope upwards.
Each one of these boxes would then be given a texture based on a 2d
tile map. The whole thing would then be exported to 3dmf for easy
loading.

Sounds like it could work to me. Now I just have to figure out how to
do, well, all of that!
