That's not a very hard assignment if there are no other constraints other than it be made from fettucini.
(ie: use a whole packet of pasta to bridge a span of 6 inches and it would probably hold 50 pounds, no?)
So I'll assume there's a bit more to it.
My suggestion: use your brain for 15 minutes.
