Behren designed another building for I.G. Farben, which is not the same as the I.G. Farbenhaus. The building is now named the "Poelzig-Bau" after Hans Poelzig, who designed the IG Fabenhaus or IG Farbenhochhaus, as it was also called.

The newly renovated and restored Poelzig-Bau is a marvel today, with the paternosters rebuilt and the Eisenhower Rotunda serving as a cafe, but still having the Eisenhower name. The formal re-opening was 26 October 2001. The Casino (Terrace) building (formerly the US officers club) has also been renovated. The grounds have been landscaped and the entire complex looks better than it did at the time of its original opening in 1913.
