Crenellations a little like of Founders Hall , Oxford... but not the rest...
Similar slightly to tower of Town Church, Bozen in the Tyrol-but that structure had its spike on top...
Does have feeling of vanished place, wiped out by wars...
Don't the buildings to right resemble stepped roofs of Frankfurt, e.g. Goethe house?
