It is a blessing that The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame designed by IMPEI. Your understanding of energy is swallow. This master architect does bring out the 'potential energy' of Rock and Roll. :)
Maybe you dont know what is the sense of Nirvana, even famous rock band Nirvana tried to bring in this sense of energy into their rock songs. This building portrays elegance of energy, not the sluts.
I do beleive that the person that choose IMPEI as the architect tries to bring in this as an image, he, a veteran in the music industry, definitely knows the reasons more than you do. Even a young, energetic, modern architect may not able to achieve this.
I do believe IMPEI's ears exposed to more energy waves than most people. You still have more to and listen to.
