Wow, nice sculpture. Can you really call this an office design? This is merely an introduction for a design, the impetus or concept of it. You do not show people, desks, or an "office" in your office design. You cannot judge the scale of whats going on because of that. What is going to occur in the "office". Is it going to be a office where people take phone calls and conduct business? Is it going to be merely a place where people write abe be quiet all day? As you know a library does very well as an open space, telemrketer call centers generally occupy "office" spaces that are very large. An open space with high ceilings will get loud to the people in it, therefore the activities in them must be relatively quiet or no one will be able to concentrate. As i write this, i hear the receptionist on the floor below me answering the phone because someone thought an opening in the floor would make a great office environment. Take your design a little further, and then let people critique it.
