Fear not, Per! you are quite correct about your feelings toward the computer as potential "art maker". But what I see quite often that is so disturbing is students and recent graduates that are so infatuated by the computer drawing as a product, that they do not even understand the implications of what they have drawn. The CAD debate has been going on for 20 years now, but the technology is fresh enough that people are still romanticizing over its possibilities, rather than quite coldly using it.
