I'm from Belgium and I tell you, just so that you can be sure. It is the Belfry tower from Brugge. And it's open for visitors. The view you get on this hight is beautiful, you can even see the beach from up there. At first I geusst it was a picture from the cityhall in Brussels but that hasn't got that high tower.
