It is unfortunate, respectfully speaking, but more than likely the structure(s) that are rebuilt in the proximity of the WTC towers will ultimately address the needs of the business community in a "square footage" kind of way.

Any guess as to the square city blocks required to accomodate the occupants of the two WTC towers if they were limited to 2,3,or 4 story buildings???
