You are quite right, ---- but the towers you se here, is build arounds that do not act as towers , as they are hollow .
Please se these towers as memorials rather than as towers, they don't carry any office areare, as the idear is, that leaving the actural missing building sites as "negative" spaces within an other structure, -------- the streets and arears not carrying buildings before is here being the low stricture, that much lower will offer much more arear.
Please se the towers as hollow tubes.
