I am writing from the Serpentine Gallery in London, and we are privileged to have Oscar Niemeyer designing our annual Pavilion this year. Who took this great photograph of the Cathedral, and would they give us permission to reproduce it for press purposes when Niemeyer's work is being considered?
We are a charity, so it would be very much appreciated if any fee could be waived.
