I think it looks great, an economical medium sized semi-detached. Presumably these could be set side by side (explaining the missing column under the balcony). Is the top of the third floor accessible, perhaps a simple external spiral staircase? Looks like something they might put up in San Francisco. The clean lines are low maintenance and inexpensive. Personally I favour lighter and brighter colours, maybe in yellow and lime pastels?
