I was recently at DIA and noticed the "wind mill" looking structures in the tunnel between the concourses. I assumed they were for aesthetics. I was told they were controversial and very expensive, but did not get a lot of detail. Could someone fill me in on the details or refer me to an article that would provide me the information.
