hi friends..
m swati architectural student from pune university.. my thesis topic is SAARC HEADQURTER IN BHUTAN...

i'll be highly greatful to u if u cud give some information abt ..

the topography,….. the soil condition (for the foundation…what type of a foundation I can use)whether the site is under seismic zone …the wind direction…type of vegetation in bhutan....

•The style and proportions of the element of Bhutan’s traditional architecture that I’ve to follow. Typical landscape style..
•The development control rule /the bylaws that u ‘ve set…
•city construction typology, labour
• the local material, skilled labour....etc
•Giving Bhutan its name... Land of the Thunder Dragon…the climate, what type of care should be taken while designing …
•And if you could tell me the organogramm of SAARC secretariat Existing in Bhutan. .

and as the topic suggest what kinda concept or Philosophy i can follow ...
