what proportion of new homes in the us involve an architect? many of those homes have no innovation in them and only employ a dull, suicidal functional quality that the contractors put together so that they wouldn't have to use more than one brain cell? I believe that's about 99% of them. i guess by design vacuum you mean that the design is being sucked out of the house and now it is just walls and a roof. kind of the same way your brain was sucked out of your head.
