I assume that you mean this:

1:200 will allow me to include all the landscape, but the building will be too small; 1:100 would be best for my building, but the landscape will not fit on.

Therefore, you should draw the landscape and all at 1:200, and draw an axo to show the building at 1:50, say.

The best of both worlds.
