Are you speaking undergrad here? I'm a senior at Yale right now, and I'm sure my parents would hate to hear me say this since they paid for four years at Yale, but I'd say take the money. Not that being in the Ivy League is a great experience, but I don't think it's worth it looking for jobs coming out of school. Everyone tells you that you will stand out being an Ivy League candidate, not true. When applying for jobs and grad schools, you are first compared to the other applicants from your school. Usually only the top two or three candidates will get interviews. If you go to Syracuse and do really well, you will stand out more being the top performing student from your school.

just my advice, good luck with the decision
