He was a founder and driving force behind the C.I.A. M (Congress of Modern Architects) which was active in promoting new ideas of urbanism, public housing, etc.

I expect the original question was whether he was allied with the "International Style" or some such recognized "movement." That term was coined after Corb did his most important work, so he couldn't have belonged to that movement as such. But as the CIAM name indicated, he was conscious of being a "modern" architect.
