I feel a strong affinity for this work, Simon--some of it looks much like my own, especially in the "Urbanisation" section. Although some of the particular buildings seem a bit clunky and far less elegant than the British Council Building, the urban-design strategy seem well founded and the larger planning sound.

I like the work less when it is more obviously Neo-Corb, but this is earlier and related to Corb's influence in India when he was doing Chanigarh, no doubt. In the British Council building I think Correa has found his own voice.

Thanks again for introducing me to this fine architect.
